Once you select the final design, GlassRock’s engineers verify production feasibility and produce a custom mold. A physical sample bottle is then produced and shipped for your testing. Final adjustments are made until you give the green light for mass production.
Production starts in GlassRock’s manufacturing facilities under strict quality control. A dedicated project manager ensures smooth coordination and timely updates. The finished bottles are packed securely and delivered to the port or shipped worldwide according to your needs.

Share your desired quantities, Incoterm (EXW, FOB, CIF…), and destination port to receive a detailed Proforma Invoice with prices, lead time, and payment terms. If you’d like to develop your own custom bottle by opening a mold, we’re happy to help — for wine, olive oil, glass jars, beer, or spirits. Minimum order quantities vary based on the design and glass quality selected.

Arrange payment as agreed (typically 30% deposit, balance before shipment). Provide your company details for the commercial invoice and export paperwork.
GlassRock packs the bottles securely (on pallets or cartons) and carries out final quality checks before dispatch. Goods are shipped anywhere in the world thanks to our trusted logistics partners, according to your agreed Incoterm. You receive all shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin if needed) to clear customs. GlassRock’s team remains available for after-sales support and to assist you with any future orders.
