Custom Beer Bottle Manufacturing for Breweries and Brands

GlassRock produces custom beer bottles for craft breweries, regional brewers, and international brands. Our catalogue includes Euro Longneck 330ml and 500ml, stubby 355ml, Belgian 750ml, and NRW profiles, as well as custom shapes designed to differentiate your brand on shelf. All bottles are available in flint, amber, and green glass, with wall-thickness specifications to handle standard CO₂ pressures and high-carbonation craft styles.

Our beer bottle line covers both returnable and one-way applications. Returnable bottles have reinforced bases and heavier wall construction. One-way bottles optimise for lightweighting and logistical efficiency. We support crown cap, pry-off, twist-off, and swing-top (Bügelverschluss) finishes.

Sizes and Glass Colours

Volumes range from 250ml single-serve formats to 1-litre sharing bottles. Amber glass provides the strongest UV protection and is the industry default for hop-forward ales and lagers. Flint glass is available where visual clarity is a branding requirement. Green glass is available paired with a UV-inhibiting organic coating.

Custom Branding

GlassRock incorporates embossed logos, text panels, and grip zones into new moulds. Neck and shoulder embossing is popular for craft beer brands reducing labelling costs. Screen printing in up to four spot colours is available directly on the bottle body.
