Glass Olive Oil Bottle Manufacturing — Custom Shapes and Sizes

GlassRock manufactures glass oil bottles for olive oil, vegetable oil, infused oils, vinegar, and specialty culinary liquids. Our range covers the classic Dorica and Marasca olive oil profiles, tall Italian-style columns, squat round bottles, and fully custom shapes. Volumes run from 100ml gift formats through 250ml, 500ml, 750ml, and 1,000ml retail sizes up to 3-litre catering formats.

Dark green and dead leaf green glass provide the strongest UV protection for olive oil. For premium extra-virgin olive oils where colour is a marketing asset, flint glass with UV-inhibiting organic coatings is available. All bottles are compatible with natural and synthetic cork, ROPP screw cap, pourers, and drip-free pourer inserts.

Popular Profiles

The Dorica (tall slender cylinder, short neck) is the standard for Italian and Spanish extra-virgin olive oil. The Marasca (wider cylinder, angular shoulder) is popular in the premium segment. We also produce chianti-style flasks, square and rectangular bottles for mass-market ranges, and narrow column shapes for infused oils and culinary vinegars.

Branding

Mould embossing for logos, crests, and olive branch motifs. Frosted and etched surface treatments popular in the artisan oil segment. Screen printing, label panel optimisation, neck foil, and wax-seal closures are all available.
