Custom Glass Jar Manufacturing for Food, Cosmetics, and Specialty Products

GlassRock manufactures custom glass jars for jam, honey, sauces, pickles, and spreads in the food sector; creams, balms, scrubs, and serums in the cosmetics sector; and specialty products including candles, herbs, and premium gift items. Designs range from 30ml to 1,500ml in flint, amber, and coloured glass.

Our standard jar library includes round, square, hexagonal, tulip, and tapered profiles from existing tooling. All jars meet FDA and EU food-contact regulations and are compatible with metal twist-off (TO), lug (PT), press-on, plastic, and bamboo lid closures.

Shapes and Sizes

Sizes run from 30ml cosmetic pots through 100ml, 200ml, 250ml, 500ml, 720ml, and 1,000ml food jars. Our hexagonal honey jar range is popular with artisan producers in the UK, France, and Australia. Mason-style jars are available for North America in 250ml, 473ml (16oz), and 946ml (32oz) capacities.

Customisation

Branding options: mould embossing, frosted and antique surface treatments, ACL screen printing in up to four spot colours. Shoulder profile, base shape, label panel dimensions, and closure diameter are all configurable. Metallic oxide coatings and gradient frosting are available for luxury food and cosmetic applications.
