Luxury Cosmetic and Perfume Glass Bottle Manufacturing

GlassRock manufactures premium glass bottles and jars for cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. Our portfolio covers perfume flacons, cologne bottles, serum and dropper bottles, foundation and toner bottles, lotion bottles, and facial cream jars. We work with independent beauty brands, contract manufacturers, and luxury fashion houses.

Cosmetic glass is produced in optical-clear flint glass as standard. Coloured options — rose, smoky grey, cobalt blue, amber, and jet black — are available. All glass complies with EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and FDA 21 CFR cosmetic packaging requirements.

Shapes and Formats

Rectangular and square flacons (30ml–100ml) for the European luxury perfume segment; round and oval dropper bottles (5ml–50ml) for serums and oils; cylindrical lotion bottles (100ml–300ml); pump bottles for foundations and primers; wide-mouth cosmetic jars (15ml–200ml) for creams, balms, scrubs, and masks.

Decorazione

Acid-etched frosting, hot-stamped and cold-stamped metallic logos, ACL screen printing in up to six colours, Pantone-matched lacquer coating, and UV metalisation. Physical samples provided before production commitment. Decorating carried out in-house at our Yantai facility.

Closures and MOQ

Aluminium and zinc-alloy perfume caps, glass stoppers, ABS pump dispensers, glass-and-rubber dropper assemblies, and bamboo lids supplied as complete assembled sets. ISO 9001:2015 certified. MOQ: 5,000 pieces standard; 10,000+ custom moulds.
