Processus de commande :

1) Nos bouteilles en stock ou votre moule sur mesure ?

Contact the GlassRock sales team for available stock bottles. Share your desired quantities, chosen Incoterm (FOB, CIF…), and destination port. You will receive a Proforma Invoice with prices, lead time, and payment terms.

For custom bottles, we are happy to assist. Minimum order quantities vary by design and glass quality. For example, opening a mold for a liquor bottle in Extra Flint glass differs from a wine bottle in regular Flint or a cosmetic bottle.

2) Palettisation

We ship bottles in simple or printed cartons, or in bulk. Export pallets use treated wood, plastic, or plywood. Paper or plastic interlayers protect the goods during transit.

You can choose between high pallets or half pallets for easier access. We can include accessories in the container and apply bottle decorations to match your preferences.

3) Expédition et service après-vente

GlassRock carefully packs and quality-checks all goods before dispatch. We ship to over 30 countries with trusted logistics providers and offer competitive rates.

FOB (Free On Board): GlassRock delivers the goods to the port of loading. The buyer takes responsibility from that point. CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): GlassRock covers shipping and insurance to the destination port. This option offers more peace of mind for buyers.
